These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WeatherDom at weatherdom.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

WeatherDom provides weather forecasts and weather maps for Europe and can provide them for any other point globally based on GFS. WeatherDom provides weather forecasts and weather maps for Europe and Greece based on WRF numerical weather model. The service is provided free of charge for personal, informational use, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use WeatherDom for your own non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, or resell forecast data, maps, or other content except as expressly allowed;
• use the service for commercial purposes without our prior written permission;
• scrape, harvest, or place automated or excessive load on the service or its API;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the service;
• remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Some features may require an account, provided through our authentication partner. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give and for any activity that takes place under your account. Keep your sign-in details secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. WeatherDom presents model output for informational purposes only and makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any forecast, map, or data.

You should not rely solely on WeatherDom for decisions where weather may affect safety or property — including aviation, marine, agricultural, or emergency decisions. Always consult official national weather services and warnings for safety-critical situations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WeatherDom and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

WeatherDom relies on third-party services and data sources — including authentication, hosting, analytics, and map-tile providers, and numerical weather model data such as WRF and GFS. Your use of features provided by third parties may also be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

The WeatherDom name, design, and original content are protected by intellectual-property rights and remain ours or our licensors’. Weather model data and map imagery may be subject to the rights and attribution requirements of their respective sources. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. We may also modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece, and any dispute relating to them or to the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
